How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout depending on the size of the product, the weight, and the carrier you choose.

How long will it take to receive my package?

To reduce the waiting time for our customers, each order is shipped directly to your door with tracking. Since our products are handmade, delivery times vary depending on the product you purchase.

Estimated shipping time:

Katanas On Demand: These katanas are made to order. The order preparation time is 2 to 15 working days, depending on the complexity of the parts. Your package is then shipped directly to your door with tracking. No customs fees for you to pay: if a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we'll reimburse them.

• Tracked delivery (USA and Europe): 5 to 15 days.
• Tracked delivery (all other destinations): 7 to 10 days.

About pre-orders:

Our team will ship your package once we receive the stock at our warehouse by the pre-order deadline. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking email. If you order a stock product and a pre-order product(s), they will be shipped together at the pre-order deadline.

I did not receive my package, what should I do?
