How much does delivery cost?
The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout depending on the size of the product, the weight, and the carrier you choose.
How long will it take to receive my package?
To reduce the waiting time for our customers, we use a direct delivery system from our workshops in Longquan and Thailand. Since our products are handmade and shipped from different countries, delivery times vary depending on the product you purchase.
Estimated shipping time:
Katanas On Demand: These katanas are made to order and shipped directly from our Longquan workshop. The order preparation time is 2 to 15 working days, depending on the complexity of the parts. Packages arrive in bulk once a week, and we take care of customs clearance for packages destined for Europe before shipping them to you from our warehouse in Canada. For countries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply. Packages destined for Europe are imported via SF-Express and sent to the customer’s home address.
- SF EXPRESS delivery (To USA and Europe): 5 to 15 days.
- UPS delivery (All except USA and Europe): 7 to 10 days.
About pre-orders:
Our team will ship your package once we receive the stock at our warehouse by the pre-order deadline. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking email. If you order a stock product and a pre-order product(s), they will be shipped together at the pre-order deadline.
I did not receive my package, what should I do?
If, 31 working days after your order, you still have not received your package, send us an email at contact@katana-canada.ca.
