Conquer the King of Hell – Roronoa Zoro's Legendary Enma

The Black Enma Katana is one of the most feared blades in the One Piece universe—a sword so hungry for power that it drains the very life force of any swordsman too weak to control it. This is the weapon that scarred an Emperor. This is the blade Roronoa Zoro chose to make his own.

Forged from 1060 high carbon steel with full tang construction for durability and balance. Total length: 105 cm. Blade: 72 cm. The handle features traditional cotton ito wrap over synthetic rayskin for an authentic grip. Available sharpened for cutting practice or unsharpened for display and cosplay.

About Enma in One Piece

Enma—meaning "King of Hell"—earned its fearsome reputation long before it found Zoro. Crafted by the legendary swordsmith Shimotsuki Kozaburo over fifty years ago, this O Wazamono (Great Grade) blade was wielded by none other than Kozuki Oden, the only warrior ever to wound the invincible Kaido. That single slash left a permanent scar on the Emperor's body, cementing Enma's status as a blade capable of cutting through anything.

What makes Enma truly terrifying is its unique curse: the sword forcibly extracts its wielder's Ryuo (Haki), whether they consent or not. Most swordsmen who attempt to wield it find their arms withered to husks within moments. When Zoro first held Enma in Wano, the blade nearly consumed him whole—yet through sheer willpower, he forced the sword to submit. That moment marked his transformation from a powerful swordsman into a true demon of the blade.

Zoro received Enma from Kozuki Hiyori, Oden's daughter, in exchange for returning the national treasure Shusui. In accepting this trade, Zoro didn't just gain a weapon—he inherited Oden's will and the responsibility to carry it into the final battles against the World Government.

Who is Roronoa Zoro?

The Straw Hat Pirates' first mate and three-sword-style master, Roronoa Zoro fights with a blade in each hand and one clenched between his teeth. His dream: to defeat Dracule Mihawk and claim the title of World's Greatest Swordsman. Cold, relentless, and possessing willpower that borders on supernatural, Zoro has never backed down from any opponent—human, beast, or Emperor.

Enma joins Wado Ichimonji and Sandai Kitetsu to form Zoro's current trio of cursed and legendary blades. Together, they represent his journey from East Blue bounty hunter to one of the most dangerous pirates alive.

Why 1060 Carbon Steel?

1060 steel delivers the ideal balance between hardness and flexibility for functional replicas. Hard enough to hold a sharp edge through cutting practice, yet flexible enough to absorb impact without cracking. For collectors who want a blade they can actually use—not just display—1060 is the professional's choice.
